Vivant Employee Review

The gardens just keeping growing around us on job sites. And I know that often when it gets so busy, it's difficult to catch one-on-one moments to catch up. But as a crew member, you are the heart, face and hands of our work and I want you to know there is always time.

So we made this link simple. We may send it your way when we want to catch up or to schedule a review. 

I know employment reviews can cause stomachs to knot, so if that is why you are using this link I'll give you a heads up on questions I may ask.

We'll talk about the schedule as it is now and whether it is working for you with any commitments that have come up in the past couple months.

I would like to know your favorite or least favorite jobs so far and what you loved/didn't love about them. Is there a particular style of job you are wanting to do more or a style of garden you want to learn more about? Is there a role you are hoping to move into as you continue working with Vivant?

And we'll talk about where you see room for improvement from both my and your side to help improve the collective Vivant experience :)
